Terms of trading

All material designed by 2H Design is copyright 2H Design from the point of commission onwards. Copyright can be assigned to clients subject to negotiation. In these cases the copyright remains with 2H until all invoices are fully paid.

Checking of Proofs

2H Design does not have an in-house proofreader and it is therefore the responsibility of the client to read and check all material before the item goes to print. 2H Design acccepts no responsibily for text or grammar errors that have not been marked by the client. The signed off proof is taken as fully checked. Any amends after this stage will incur costs over and above the original quoted price at the printers going rate.

Terms of payment

2H Design trading are strictly payment from 30 days of invoice date.
